We have problems with Easysync as well...still investigating since we are just now rolling out R6. Easysync definetly does not like it when your data directory is in a different location than the notes exe's. (for example, when you put the data in the documents and settings directory, for different user logins).

The best part is that Lotus does not support Easysync. Called their support line and they actually said they don't provide support for their own product, but to check the website for any documentation. weak.
